Calculating mean lunitidal intervals?

Anyone have a site or the proper formula for calculating * mean lunitidal intervals ?
( * averaged time differential between the moon @ meridian and high tide )

This must exist somewhere ?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

I have a vintage pull tab collection that will be sold to the highest bidder.
Its the only one available in the U.S.
There are thousands of tabs. It's priceless
