Got out today for a few hrs.. had heavy rains yesterday so everything was thawed and with the several inches of snow forecasted for tonight i decided to take advantage of the window of opportunity. . ive hunted this farm field probably 100 times in the past years but i know it'll never be hunted out.. had a good day... scored a shoe buckle that got whacked by the plow and a 1782 1/2 reale --my 3rd out of this place... was a beautiful morning, the field was covered with snow geese upon arrival. .. Dang, that's an amazing coin there BHP!!!! That is a very old coin and if it wasn't for the weather, I wished I could live on and around the East coast to get those older silver coins!!
