Stick with the factory default for a while until you get used to the sounds, it does have different sounds than what most of us are used to. There are so many varialbes that the machine is capable of, but for most users you will adopt what is best for your style of hunting and conditions, and probably rarely change from that base (other than sensitivity and disc settings)

It was a good interview but guarded as everything is these days. You have to read between the lines and then you have to read it again and again. Not really sure where they are at with new F75 state of the art small coil that works and has depth, or am I just dreaming that they will do something different that will make everyone want to buy a F75 or add a coil.

Anything new after the F75 we may have to wait a long time till we see the next generation but I can wait I love the F75 it is not perfect but it does match up to what I need in Calif.
