Found thes buttons in the same area, it is known for civil war activity, Idont think itis civil war, can anyone ID them, maby WW. 1 or2 thanks
 
The button on the left is a Medical Corps Button, the crossed rifles is

a U S Army Corps Infantry Button not sure about dates.

The 19th Infantry button might be older than that, nice finds...
