Found both buttons same area. One with Lillie langtry imprinted on it and the other I am thinking is maybe a navy uniform button. It has a loop on the back for attaching to garment, and imprinted with Fine Quality. Any ideas?

I believe the smaller button is a corset button. Lillie Langtry, also known as the Jersey Lily, was a famed actress of the Victorian era.
The eagle & anchor button appears to be a U.S. Navy uniform button, and the "Fine Quality" backmark indicates that it may have been made by the Scovill Mfg. Co.

Thanks Buckram.
Have found some barber coins in this area, dimes, one halve, one quarter, and a Indian Head cent. oldest was 1891. I have other pieces which I have yet to ID. buckles, hooks, tags, etc.
