I found a button that I would like to find it's age or something about it.The letters on the back that I am able to read are NGETR the other is WUSTER. All information would be appreciated thanks.

Wow,that is one cool button... what general area did you find it in? America, England etc,etc.. from the back it looks an old american flat button late 1700s to mid 1800s...very cool find with that head on the front...i like it...

Thanks it was found in Southern Texas USA. I wish I could find the company that made it. WUSTER may be German. A man named Wiser made colonial buttons in Philadelphia Pa. 1725 May not be him. Two letters are missing in front of the word INGETR Thanks again.
