Button value guide

I was wondering if anybody knew of a good current military button price guide? I love Tices and Alberts, but the prices are either not there or way behind times as you may know. I was thinking if someone hasn't done it they should put out a price guide every year or so for buttons with Alberts and Tices reference numbers. That way it would just be an up to date reference every year. that could easily be done on word or excel. I would do it, but if I could do that I wouldn't need the guide in the first place. I would be interested to know if anyone has done something like this. Thanks.........Aaron

Aaron, if you don't have a copy already, I would definitely get Bob Edmondson's price list. No photos and nothing fancy, just 94 typed pages listing 1,000's of buttons in Bob's inventory by their Albert #'s. Costs $10. His address is P.O. Box 2 - Dept. WE, Tallulah Falls, GA 30573.
Best of luck,
Buckram

Sure, Bob's one of the good guys, so no problem. Just send payment, along with your mailing address and a note saying something like, "Please send price list."
Keep in mind that this list doesn't cover every button in Albert's book, just the ones in Bob's inventory, and of course it includes duplicates; so, there may be quite few of one #, and none at all of other #'s ... but believe me, he's got a lot of buttons, and at real-world prices. BTW, he also lists British buttons by their Ripley #'s, and railroad & other transportation buttons by Van Court #'s.
HH,
Buckram
