[sup][/sup]Small cuff button with what looks like George Washington.
 
I can't tell you what the button was made for but the company and age are identifiable.

Leavenworth, Hayden, and Scovill, Waterbury Connecticut 1811 to 1827. J.M.L. (Lamson) Scovill was the junior partner!
