Yesterday I was looking through some finds I made in the Terre Haute, IN area in the early 80
 
More like WWII. Hortsmann manufactured buttons for a long time. Nice find though!
 
U.S. Army general service "Great Seal" button... post-1902.
 
Thanks guys for helping the Relic challenged! The backmark threw me off as it is listed as a CW marking on several CW websites. As I thought about it more, it was found in a park that had been used as a WW1 mustering area. Thanks again!
