Button help needed. :)

[Big Mo]

Went out detecting a lot that they had taken about 6-8 inches of dirt off of, and I found this button about an inch deeper. Not sure what I have, and how or would you clean it any more. It is about the size of a dime, and is really good shape, except for the back, which has some rust. Thank for your help, and I hope everyone gets out today.
