button from KY..ID Help

[Dirty Finger Nails]

found this awhile back and never could get a good ID on it..like year or anything....
there were other finds in the area that were from the 20th GAR reunion here in Louisville,ky.
its not in the best shape as you can tell.

Looks like a ky seal button to me. Try doing a search type in ky seal button. Yours looks a little different than most I have seen. Most are more raise than yours . Yours is probably oder than the civil war by the looks a design of it.

you maybe right about older but i just dont know...i wish it was in better shape....
oh and are you here in ky and if so where?
