Busty Betty Token

I was detecting in a park that was established before 1920 in Philadelphia. I didn't find a whole lot (49 cents) but found this token that I identified as a "Busty Betty". I found one that was very similar that was listed as produced in the 1960's. It's anybody's guess if that's accurate for this one. It toned out as a penny but is about the size of a quarter. It appears to be either bronze or copper based on the dark brown color. I hope no one is offended by the picture. It is what it is.

Nice find! i like it! I found one sort of like that a few years ago.

YOWZA YOWZA !!!!!!! LOL

Here's the tails side of the coin.

I think the tail side should say "OK, fine, you still win!"

Miffdan, a find like that ALWAYS puts a smile on my face. I've dug a few similar tokens. One time I dug a metal Golf Tee in the form of a nude voluptuous siren. I had to take a a couple of good looks at it before I realized that it was a golf tee hahahah. Good find! best of luck and...

Happy Hunting!

I had one of these for years that was my dads.

We find a fair amount of those in a particular park in San Francisco. My understanding is that they were peep show tokens back in the film days :surprised:
