Before you jump all over me and assume I am in the wrong and that NED wouldn't possibly do this to anyone please hear me out. Perhaps Andrew or someone will finally respond and make this right if they see this...
Sept 28th - Placed my order for the Garrett Pro-Pointer + Lesche combo
Oct 3rd - Sent a quick email asking if my order has been shipped or a status update because my order was still processing on their site.... No response.
Oct 8th - Status still says processing... call NED and get a fellow that takes my name and number, promising to call me back shortly... No call back, no response.
Oct 9th - Status still says processing... call NED again, and get a lady answer who says she doesn't know anything and she takes my name and number and someone will call me back... still no call back or response.
Oct 9th - Status finally updated.. Appears the free shipping is only meant to be for US customers not anyone from Canada, although it did not charge me shipping when I selected my country, it still said free. Comment on the order says Andrew ate the shipping cost though and shipped it out to me anyway. I am feeling pretty good now about NED and just waiting for my order to show up so I can post my praises all over the internet, and the order was shipped on Oct 5th.. wish it was updated sooner though, great right!? ... wrong
Oct 11th - Order shows up in the mailbox, only the $10 lesche digger shows up!! What?! I payed $127 dollars for the Garret Pro-Pointer and get a Leche for $10. I am out $127 dollars now and still no contact or emails back from NED. Nothing.
Oct 11th - Call NED right away to let them know the mistake in my order, the lady on the phone says she can only take my name and number and they will get back to me. I tell her this is my third call and no-one has responded to any of my calls or emails yet. She says she will expedite my message and make sure someone calls me back to fix this. No call back.
Oct 11th - Email NED sales and cc'd andrew on the email letting them know the mistake with my order and that I needed that propointer for this weekend, ask them to please contact me so we can work this out, or refund my money. PayPal case opened trying to work it out with seller no claim made.
Oct 12th - Call NED again get the same lady again who wants to take my name and number to call me back. I say I want to request a refund for my order (minus the $10 lesche of course, I am an honest guy) She says that she can't do anything only pass on messages and there is no other contact numbers, and she doesn't know of the steps I need to take to get a refund! I am starting to get a bit impatient now. 4 phone calls and a few emails and nothing! NOT ONE RESPONSE!! WOW! this is a first for me, and I have had many dealings online! I am starting to feel scammed.
Oct 12th - Escalated PayPal case to request a refund of $127, because they did send the $10 lesche part of the deal.
Oct 14th - No response to my PayPal case or refund claim. To date I have had absolutely ZERO contact with anyone from NED besides the 800 lady that can only take your name and that is it.
I am fuming about this NED, this is very poor customer service, and when I posted about this on another forum, turned out there were some others that have had problems like this as well. Good thing I paid with PayPal, as my only course of action is seems is to escalate my case to let paypal decide which of course will be in my favor as I have documented everything (package recieved, shipping slip with weight of package and item sent etc..) Not to mention they didn't even respond to my PayPal claim. I am giving one more day Andrew/NED then escalating my claim. I feel scammed, and people should be aware of this type of shady dealings. I am a very understanding person, all you have to do is say "your pinpointer is on backorder" or "we are going to make sure we work this out for you" and I would have been content. But nothing! not even one quick email or phone call! Unbelievable!
Has anyone else experienced this on this forum as it was on the TNET forum? Any advice?
