Bummer Day with ACE 350

I had a nice day here today so thought I would load up the 4 wheeler and take the 350 out for only the second time since I purchased it. I was able to get pretty far up the side of the mountain where I do my dectecting and found a civil war fuze plug. But thats when I screwed up. While moving further up the hill, I must have caught the detector on a vine or tree and snapped the shaft right in two pieces. At least I can take the shaft from my 250 to use in the interim. I have emailed Garrett to find how much replacement parts will be. Note to self......next time watch where the detector is when going thru tight places.

At least your still :detecting: I bet
:garrett: sends ya a new shaft no
charge

GOTTA LOVE :garrett:

and congrats on the find ....

I do love Garrett, but this break was entirely my fault. I'm just glad it was only the shaft and that I have a backup detector to rob the parts from. I'm still gonna get another shaft so friends can use it when they go with me.
