Bullet ID please?

Hey folks. We were working an area that had civil war activity and I pulled these two bullets. Not sure if they're CW period or not. I've never found one as small as the one on the left. The one on the right looks like a 2 ringer but it has "hash marks" or something in the grooves of the rings. The smaller one has similar marks. Found in north Alabama.

Thanks in advance.

Well, some interweb searching showed that reeded grooves showed up in the late 1800s so they're not CW. Oh well.
