bullet ID needed please

I found this bullet in the woods behind my home today and am trying to ID it. It is 11/32" dia. X 3/4" long.
It has a small cavity in the back and seems to be all lead.. no jacket. Also it has a solid point. Thanks in advance for any help.

The crimp marks around the bullet lead me to believe it is too modern to have been civil war.
