Build quality ? kruzer coils

Just wondering about build quality ears of the coil breaking on past models have they solved the problem,,,,,CEDAR
 
No issues here with either the Racer 2 or the Impact coils. I think any durability issues have been addressed and remedied.
 
I own and use 8 Nokta or Makro devices and all the currently made search coils have worked well without and cracks or breakage. Those were only with some original coils. I don't think you need to worry about search coil build quality.

I had 3 Makro coils for my Racer 2, and currently have 2 Nokta coils for my Impact.

All 5 have had sturdy and beefy coil ears and I've never had one crack or break.
 
My son bought a Racer when they first came out. His stock 11" coil ears broke. Makro sent him a new one with return shipping to send the broken one back .He used that one for little while and had the same problem. Called again, this time they sent him the new and improved 11" coil and He still uses that coil today without any problems at all. I bought the Impact and those coils are well built also. No fear at all buying from Nokta/Makro. They are top shelf company. And are great detectors in my soil. GS
