Whatever it was you tried different, did it!
Now, for your next assignment; 'bug-eye close-ups'! <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D">
Very nice Royal..........

Amazing shots Royal, I'm green with envy. Please keep them coming. Brian.

They are fun to search out. It satisfies the same compulsion that detecting does.
I always take my detector with me but usually don't have time for both.
I found a 1936 half, a 1928 buffalo nickle, a standing liberty quarter-no date, and a few wheat cents on two days I was looking for bugs. Found an interesting area and had to put the camera up for a bit.
Both hobbies get me in the woods. We are headed to Roscommon tomarrow night for the weekend. Friends are coming up and we are going to do a bit of canoeing.
I expect the deer to be dropping fawns and we have a sow bear with four cubs raiding our bird feeders, so I might get lucky and get a few shots of them!
Thanks for the response, both of you

have you ever done any underwater photography! <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D">

actually they do a halfway decient job but you are restricted to shallow water. I think they are only good to 15 ft or so.
I would have had a good camera but just would not use it much. I would love to have had a housing for my video camera at times. Some of the shipwrecks in the great lakes are in fine shape and fun to dive on. I would like to have a video of some of those dives.
I dove on the Rhone a few years back and have a video of that dive as I do of a dive in Cozumel and Bonaire. I paid someone to follow us around and record it.

if you get a "good shot" save me one of the fawns! They are so tasty! <img src="/metal/html/biggrin.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":D">

we saw a newborn fawn, splattered in the middle of the road. I told her it was just the right size for the barbie but she would have none of it <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">

I just don't get it...We have all these little cute bunnies running around here and I keep telling Karen how much I like them, too!...They make such good targets! <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">
