Been on the "grind" in the public areas and got a buffie and a merc in Idaho last Thurs. and the same today (Sun.) over here in Podunk also on the public ground. Today for sheets & giggles I slapped on the Ultimate and hit a park down the road that I've never done any good at before but never really spent much time there either? Today I chased some iffies and deepies and ferreted out a merc, 3 wheats, and the buffie in about 2.5 hrs. so I think I'll try it again sometime? Been awhile since I've used the Ultimate and it does have it's place.......
PS...had to abort the resort as the wind and rain made boating a little dangerous. I did get out on the boat the previous day but had no luck on any hunting.....maybe some other time.
