My podunk town doesn't even have a city park so to speak....lol But like you mentioned, I've also spent way too many hrs. hunting what public we do have and about got er all to the best of my abilities? Hate door knocking and lately it's been too many denials in my town but 32mi down the road I've had some success door knocking? My season most likely won't be too great because it's to the point that I have to travel and it costs me about $90 for an over nighter to the big city. The day trip I took Fri. wore me out after the 220mi rt....just getting old....lol We'll keep grinding and see what we can scare up....????
