This buckle was found at an old home site along with some civil war items. I've not been able to find out much except the words mean something like; "In battle we will conquer". (IN HOC SIGNO VINCES -TOW Rycsersy -Sw - Kazimierza) The single hook on the back is the same as what appears on typical CW belt plates. Any ideas? I have a couple of other items that I will post shortly. Thanks.
 
It's a regalia belt plate worn by a member of the Knights Templar, a fraternal order (sometimes called "Commandery") which is part of the York Rite in Freemasonry. Probably late 1800's or early 1900's.
