Bubba is into raising hybrid critters ..... he even got Cooter to buy one ...

Bubba specializes in raising chickens. Shortly after Bean moved to Bama, Bubba noticed chickens kept missing from his flock. Bubba decided he needed to raise some chickens that would have a fighting chance against whoever was stealing them.

Here is Bubba's best hybrid ... The Alabama fighting chicken.

Cooter heard Bubba also raised some very fast raceing chickens. In Virginia raceing of cars, horses, and just about anything else that will go fast is quite popular. Cooter bought one that he could enter in Steeplechase races .... the famous Alabama Jumping Chicken.

He like to try him out but hasn't yet been able to catch him to throw a saddle on it.
