My sister called this morning and the surgical procedure has been cancelled as Joe was sick all night. They are doing some tests on him now. Will keep you posted on what's happening. God Bless all and Thanks.
 
the medical world is rapidly advancing on stents & by passes. My Dr said if I ever need a by pass again it will be a 1 1/2 inch cut between 2 ribs. Keep us posted, Steve
 
My brother had a triple bypass in 1993. Around 2 years ago, he began to have shortage of breath and knew what the problem was. Sure enough one of the bypasses was almost completely clogged and they couldn't do anything with it (I think he had another 1 or 2 that were partially clogged). However, technology advanced so much in ten years, they were able to open up one that they bypassed in '93. He was one of the first few patients to get the medically treated stents. Doing just fine at 66 or 67... even went back to work. (he was bored out of his mind). Me on the otherhand would NEVER be bored :lol:
