Brother hits Gold 10K ring with Ace 250

So my brother only hunts one fresh water beach for 3 hours a year. Snags a Gold with his trusty Ace 250. And about $3.20 in coin. Think its his third out of there in a dozen years. He has only owned 2 detectors, both Ace's
 
I'm in Florida for a few months. Brother just informed me he just got a foot and a half of snow. Socked in. Well I just got a foot and a half of Sand couple weeks ago. Almost as bad. Cuts turned into slopes.
