broken ears se pro coil

New member
broke an ear off my se pro coil . the 11 inch coil. have read it is common problem. probally due to changing the pitch, without losening the wing nuts i used a mini blind bracket, glued it on the coil just in back of the ears ,lots of surface on bracket and coil, epoxy glue. i think it is a better bracket ,than the orginal one.

Some of these epoxies work wonders..just have to use the right one as they make them for many uses so read the label....Glad your good to go....

I have broke a ear off myself. After putting some some glue on it, it was good for years of service.
