Broken Coil - F5

I ordered a new in box Fisher F5, it arrived with one of the ear flanges broken on the coil. No damage to outer shipping carton, or the "Fisher" box. All was intact and seemingly well packed. Anyone else have this problem?, ( am waiting for a new coil, I assume I will get one)
 
no problems here-did ya call where ya ordered it from?with no box damage must been from factory.not suppose to mention names here but hope ya didn't get it from Fl-just my opinion.
 
Yes, Several months ago I also received a coil with a broken ear. I notified F/T and they traced it to someone tightening the coil bolt to tight on packing. They said they had it handled. Looks like the need to do a bit more training on the packing line.
