I did not have to go far for these, 15 feet out my back door. My house sits on a hill and you can see where the British ships came up North Point, and where the troops were heading to East Baltimore. Might be a half mile from the known attack route shown on maps. They were here for only a few days I think. They could have used this location for signaling, quessing at that.
