Found these two items about 30 feet apart in East Baltimore. Button back says C JENNENS LONDON front of button plain. Other item is a cannon with a stud on the back to attach to something.
 
Here is another that is a problem button. Found at a old post office site with tons of IH's but no button like this for the Post Office has shown up. It has P.O.D. on it and on the back Horstman Bros Co. Phila. I think this one is a bit rare. Pic's on the way.

POD - abbreviation of the term used by Postmaster General John McLean (1823-1829) for the administrative entity of the U.S. Postal Department. The title was used for the postal system until the postal reorganization act of 1970. The Post Office Department became the U.S. Postal Service on July 1, 1971.
