Brian was baptised today, and...

...I had the honor of baptising him. I had asked my father-in-law to baptise him but he thought it would mean more to Brian if I performed it. Of course, when I asked Brian if he would like me to do it his face lit up with a big smile and I knew then that there was no way I wasn't going to do it.

Afterwards we all gathered around Brian and the pastor led one of the most beautiful prayers for healing that I have ever heard and you could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit in the auditorium.

This picture was taken by my brother-in-law, Tom Williams. There will be more posted in Brian's photo gallery.

The closer to surgery we get the more apprehensive we get. The next couple of days will be torture and way to short. Brian has mentioned several times that he is afraid this time and his biggest worry is he'll have to have the tracheotomy.

Thanks for your prayers!!!

Tell him we are proud of him, and not to worry about the surgery God will be right there with him! Still praying and paging every day! :)
