Did some beach hunting for about 3+1/2 hours today . The beach was being stingy but I did manage a silver earring and a variety of finds .The plated chain , bottle opener and lighter were eyeball finds . The rest were sniffed out by my MXT All Pro with a 950 concentric coil on it .I did the wet sand for a while but I wasn't having any luck so I went to the dry and things picked up .The weather was nice and a lot of people were out with their dogs and that was cool to watch . I believe the plated chain I eyeballed went to the multi-colored medallion I found as it was very close by to it . The medallion is plated copper but still an enjoyable find .Thanks for looking .

Looks like you're set to stay on the beach for a while. Lighter, can opener, and even tent stakes. No telling what all is there. That's a pretty pendant, too bad it's not .925. Still a pretty find. Thanks for sharing Dirt Doctor. I enjoyed your story and pictures. :clapping: HH, Nancy

Wow. You did good. Spent a week at the beach in Oregon and got a six-pack of Corona caps and one match box car...That was with the DFX next trip with be with MXT Pro

Thanks Nancy and Ray . I'm seriously thinking about starting a collection of bottle caps for a display there's quite a variety of them out there .Of all the beer caps , I have found more Corona's than any others . Bud light comes in second and then Heineken .:beers: Myself , I don't care for beer , once in a while I have small a glass of wine or if my wife and I go out for Mexican food we will split a Strawberry Margarita .Next week I'm going to try to make it out to another beach I know . I used to find some nice rings there but the last few years just a little clad and an occasional piece of junk jewelry . Maybe the current heat wave and more crowds will have restocked the place a little . I'll be swinging the MXT . H H .:detecting::thumbup:

I hope you find some good jewelry. I almost hate saying that because I would be devastated if I lost a piece of jewelry. With that being said, possibly a few more bottle caps also if you are going to start a collection. You've got a good start with your last hunt. I wish you lots of luck and HH, Nancy
