Breastplate with unusual back

Has anyone found a eagle breastplate like this one. There is a nut and bolt in the center. Can't find it any where on the web.
 
This is the normal attachment that's molded in with the lead, just corrosion that's commonly seen, similar to many I have dug. Rare to still have the loops and I see you have one remaining. Nice plate !!
