I'm heading out to sweep some snow with the coil, but first...time to fuel up!

dump some Quaker oats in a bowl, about a third of a cup, add a handful of Dried Travers Bay Cherries, add some water, and put in the microwave for 66 sec...
then, grab a little single lunch box style container of Motts applesauce, peel the top off, grab a spoon.
Ding! Oats are done, stir a little to make sure all the water is absorbed, then, pour in the applesauce and stir.
The applesauce knocks the heat out of the oats, and leaves them warm enough to eat right away...

in less than two minutes, you will have a GREAT tasting dish of fuel that will keep you going for quite a while!

You can get all of the ingredients at Sams Club, I havn't done a per serving cost analysis study, but its gotta be pretty cheap.

Whatcha all eat for breakfast, that seems to give your body a fresh charge of energy?

Some dried apples from our trees that we dry, a bit of granola and some yogurt.

I am well set for the morning.

Oh... and a couple of cups of tea with lemon.. :):
