Braved the blistering heat for about an hour or so yesterday ..

and went to a park I haven't been to in years. Walked into a small playground and on the second sweep around a tire swing the Yeller Feller went nuts and sounded like a clock shop at high noon, just dinging its little brains out.

I recovered about twelve coins in an area about 16 inches in diameter, totaling a little over a dollar. Those were the only coins I found in the entire playground. Go figure. Then I wandered around the park and picked up another buck or so. This park had never been real productive in the past and that hasn't changed much.
