Found both of these at a VERY old ranch house that's been torn down would GREATLY appreciate any info on these two items. the brass lever ( 2 3/4") seems to be from possibly an old car like a model T or something... I have Googled the placard and couldn't find anything both these finds were in central Cali. near Sacramento... Thanks fellas....

It probably was a conversion van club, back when shag carpeting and round bubble windows on the sides where popular in the 70's and early 80's.
