Bracelets and necklaces

After working the beaches the past couple of weeks with the excal I'm going to switch to soccer fields with the pro. My question is when reading the vdi's do gold bracelets and necklaces lock in steady at one VDI number? Or do they bounce around above the 40 range? I do sometimes dig it all but in trashy areas I sometimes don't.

My experience in VDI's for gold is minimal to say the least. Found a small gold crucifix which locked in at 44-45 with no bouncing around but that could have been because there we no adjacent targets. Found a gold bracelet and an earring with the Scorp but no VDI's on that tector.

The VDI's won't lock on like a coin or ring. They will bounce around a bit. Why not grab some chains, bracelets etc. place them on the ground and run your coil over them to experience the audio and VDI.

I actually don't have any gold chains I imagined it would bounce, does it ever bouunce below 40?
