I went this evening and when I got home I started checking labels and three of the items I bought ( canned food ) came from China - which immediately hit the garbage can. This crap will have American brand names on it but in fine print it will say, " product of China." Even the chew bones I got for my dog came from this communist sh%t hole and they were put out by Del Monte
A lot of our meat, fruits, and vegetables ( and even vitamins, steroids, and medicines ) comes from there but it ain't labeled as such so you don't know what kind of poison you are picking up. Right now they are recalling 21 million pounds of rotten hamburger that probably came from China. I bought some ham hocks the other day to make beans with and when I first boiled them they turned the water pure white and looked like a pot full of milk and the stink was overwhelming. Be willing to bet those rotten hocks came from China. Going to get my money back on those puppies. So watch what you buy and check all the labels because they are passing more and more of this crap off on the unsuspecting consumer, and a lot of it can be deadly. The recalled hamburger is laden with ecoli. Recently they discovered tons of Chinese hamburger in this country that was 60% ground up cardboard. Probably what McDonald and the other fast food slop shutes peddle.
That's why I very rarely eat anything from fast food slop joints. I remember what real hamburger tastes like and the garbage these joints pawn off on you ain't real hamburger. Just my little bit of news trivia for ya all. Eat safe and live a little longer.

I just read that a company in China was making steamed buns with the 60% cardboard to 40% unknown fatty meat you were talking about. The cardboard was in piles on wet floors in dirty warehouses, but the worst thing 
was being softened and soaked in dangerous chemicals before being cut up and added to the food. They were making and selling it in China and the authorities busted and stopped them. The thing that's scary is the recent Chinese made toothpaste recall because of anti-freeze in it. What about lead in the toy jewelry (kids were chewing on it) and the recent toy recall! What about the tainted glutton products (remember the dog food with rat poison found in it). Jeesh, it's enough to make you sick. This is what happens when you boot out the farmers and manufacturing plants and depend on other countries to provide your imported products (PURE GREED)!!! We don't have enough inspectors to check the quantity or quality that's coming off the ships at our ports (this really upsets me)!!! I'm concerned that when we finally realize we need to grow our own food supply again, the land won't be available due to the massive residential and commercial building boom going on everywhere. When you're dependent on receiving a good deal of food products, furniture, building supplies, cars, gas, clothes and just about everything else from other countries, it's a dangerous position to be in!!! So, support your local businesses, farmer, and manufacturing companies before everything is "made in @&*#@!!!!!!
What about the unfair trade tariffs imposed on US made goods going to other countries! China puts such a high tax on US made products that we can't even compete with other world markets. WE don't impose such tariffs on other countries shipping their goods through our ports. I'll say it again, SUPPORT OUR FARMERS, WORKERS, AND LOCAL ECONOMY before there's nothing left to support!!! Dang, my head is starting to hurt, I need to get out detecting and back to my ZEN, yea, back to my ZEN!!!!!!
Today on TV they showed a rat's head found in a can of green beans. YUMMY! It just ain't safe out there anymore.
