Bounty Hunters sleeper unit..

Well I bought a used Bounty hunter Discovery 3300 for a youngster and no interest so have tried it in local parks. Heck its light 2.5 pounds with excellent ergonomics, can swing this one all day. Certainly lots of aspects, tone ID, excellent meter number ID and notch and is a solid 6 inch unit. Two drawbacks it loses settings when you pinpoint but can easily pinpoint with Disc. with practice and the nickle area is quite broad but after a while you will know its a nickle by the meter mumber and this segment is a hotspot for gold rings. Several trips to local parks have gotten me more clad than thousand dollar units I have used. Certainly not perfect but indeed a sleeper for the bucks.

I use a BH tracker 505 sometimes and am pleased with the unit. Howard
