Bounty Hunters in other countries

My BH Elite has specific coin names incorporated onto the display panel. When BH sells their machines to other countries, does it change the calibrations and designations to that country's coinage? Like Franks, or Marks, or Rupees etc, or do people in those countries have to learn to convert and adapt etc?
