Bounty Hunter Pioneer 505

Newbie to this site. Found the manual to the 505 and it had this site listed.

I got my son the 505 about 3 years ago. He had some learning disabilities and this was a great outlet for him.
Somehow the upper and lower stems were broken. I think someone slammed a door on it but anyways it is broken.
Who can we get a replacement upper and lower stems from?
Also the attaching bolts.

On the BH wib site, the only part listed for the 505 was a 10" coil. for other models, the stems/tubes are listed. I woudl contact First Texas (Bounty Hunter) and ask the question.
