I say Care instead of service, because I believe they really do care about their customers...This is the 2nd time I have sent my Land Star in for repairs/re-tuning, and the 2nd time they have done work on the unit and all it cost me was one way shipping to Texas...The first time, they replaced my 8" coil, all the rods, and the mounting hardware on the lower rod that secures the coil...This time I know they re-tuned the unit, and I will have to wait till tomorow to see if they did anything else...All I sent them was the box, and my 2 coils...They told me the rods were not neccesary...Saved me on shipping costs this way...I cannot say enough about the service you receive from First Texas Products...Top Grade A+ #1....I have no clue how old my Land Star is, as I am at least the 2nd owner, but this did not seem to matter to the folks at First Texas...I greatly appreciate the grand service, and I will remain a Bounty Hunter User and Customer, even though the BH is my backup machine...
