Any of you old timers ever seen this unit? it is identical to the 840. but says 900. it is a vlf/tr , printed on the side. the box is just not as thick. the batteries are two 9 volt in holders fastened to the battery door. the door is smaller than the 840. it is a blue box curve over handle, retuner on the handle. the meter is a black face, the 840 is white. just a simple analog, no target writings. it has a ground adjust. anybody seen one? no brochures or mention on the net sites.
