This is a photo of the DUB grenade.....My old boss use to use on us when we were not up to par...He use to catch us standing around scratching are heads and toss this in the middle and watch us get a clue.. and scatter...Unfortunatly he got hit by a car walking down the street with his girlfriend and daughter all hand in hand and his leg flew off and he died....but he is still with us at the shop......so In honor of Tim Smith, I say get a clue and get back to WORK! It can't be that hard.....

When you wish to post a photo, you just left click when your cursor is inside the "IMG Code" window...
The window is then coloured as selected, and the word "Copied" appears.
You then just paste this into your post; that picture will appear in your post ...
