Bought me a MXT yesterday!

Gonna give the MXT a spin and see how I like it! As of latley I have been an Etrac user with great success but had to sell it to pay my truck off a couple months ago due to layoff. Finally back to work and recouping some cash so wanted to try something a little different. Any pointers will be greatly app. All I used to use was Whites until I began the great journey to find the best detector LOL! Its truley an addiction that I can not shake!!!!!!!

Then I guess you'll be buying The V3 soon? Hahahaha.
I'm intrigued by the V3 but I'm going to wait until the middle of next year
or longer depending on my money situation, to see what kind of bugs
start to emerge with the new detector. If there's going to
be problems thats enough time for them to show up. One fellow
told me his buddy took the V3 overseas and it just stopped working.

Bugs have mostly shaken out by this point...now it just seems to be a learning thing for most. It's one heck of a fun learn! What kind of issues was that buddy having? A box "just dying" is pretty rare.

Hay M L, I thank you will like the MXT. I have had one for about 4 years, and to me they are the best detector out there. Just put in supper stat at first. Do the per sets until you get the hang of it. Good luck Dean

Welcome to the wonderful world of the MXT. It's a great machine in my humble opinion. I would NEVER replace it with any other.... except for another MXT. I've had mine since they've been out and it's still in tip top condition except for a little less paint here and there. Believe me, it's been used. Some days Larry and I would hunt for 12 hours. We just came back from a camping/hunting weekend with some very good friends. It doesn't get any better than that. HH to all, Nancy
