hi everybody, went swimming at a local springs in florida today. found this bottle under about 3 feet of rotten logs in the run.
this spring has a long history when the old paddlewheel boats docked there. just wondering if anyone can help me with a date.
there is no markings on it, did notice air bubbles in the glass when made. thanks

Hi, This site doesn't get too much traffic, and sometimes it takes a while. I think you have a common bottle, perhaps kitchen / food related. Probably anywhere from the 20's to the 40's. With no writing on the glass (embossed), it had a paper label, so it isn't that old. Not worth much but great to find. Most bottles, even from the 1890's aren't worth but a couple of bucks. There are exceptions, but not many. It's pre 1860's where it gets interesting. Good luck.

Sounds like Crystal River.....
