Boring...Boring...Boring

After two hours of digging yesterday this is all I have to show you. I am still detecting the old missionary school and so far I have not found anything worth much. I have found a lot of red pennies, but no old coins so far other than the 1954 Jefferson nickel the other day. The ring is junk which was a disappointment, but there is still a lot of unhunted area to hunt. After the Nascar races today I will hunt the site again, unless Junior wins, then I will be celebrating for the rest of the day.LOL Thanks for looking. HH Dennis in Idaho

Well you did heaps better than I did today.
I ended up with .14 cents! But it was a nice day today.
The nasty weather is supposed to set in out my way beginnin Monday.

A couple bucks in clad and some junk jewelry may be boring, but it's also a good sign than the area hasn't been hit hard recently. Maybe a good place to scour up a hunk of gold or two!

Wow! Nasty weather would be a refreshing change! We haven't seen a cloud in weeks, nor a rain in months, so that makes our ground either soft sand or concrete!

That's a good looking pile of "boring" clad, etc. That's what you need to get out of the ground to get to the older items. They're there, be patient and take your time Dennis. Wish I had something to show, but we didn't go detecting in the cold rain. The weather doesn't sound good all week. Thanks for sharing... HH to all, Nancy
