Book wanted. "Those Forgotten Places Volume 2 Utah"

I'm looking for the book "Those forgotten Places Volume 2". It is supposed to have a great deal of info. on where to possibly hunt here in Utah. I've looked all over the internet, and all the local bookstores. As well as the library. But no luck. It's out of print, so I'm having a problem finding it. I'd even be happy if i could get a photo copy of it. Which would probably be a pain in the butt, as its about 350 pages.
Any help appreciated.

Try 1-800-521-4451 they sell old books and old maps of every state. Hope this helps.
