BONDIC PEN

Just recieved my Bondic pen yesterday , Wasn't expecting much for a liquid glue pen with an LED on the other end.

This is how it works. It squeezes out a nice clear glue no smell, and then you flip the pen around and turn the LED light on the area you just glued for 3 -4 seconds and it's like glass. WARNING DONT PUT A DAB ON YOUR FINGER NAIL AND TURN THE LIGHT ON. Burnnnnns like a mother. LOL

I did some soldering on a cable splce last night and covered the solderes with the bondic and WOW. IMPRESSIVE it's like eliminating heat shrink tape. nice and smooth. and fast.

So I Just wanted to throw this handy little item out there. Amazon.com carries it for like $24.95 BONDIC.

Thanks ! This will come in handy for me

Well. I've used up a entire cartridge with this pen so far and ordered another. Just for fun I placed a little dab of the glue on the tip of my finger and ran the lite over it. (WORD OF ADVICE) Don't ever do that. lol Burned like a flame. LOL

wORKS WONDERS THO FOR QUICK WIRE CONNECTIONS. Also for covering over solders . Cool little idea.

I was trying to find where I had heard about Bondic.....got to thank you Finnfoto, I picked up a tube and I'm having loads of fun fixing things and trying different things with it. Took an electric eraser that had dead NiCad batteries in it.... got two AA battery holders and used Bondic to put the two together and to hold them to the outside of the eraser....could have put them inside but didn't want the hassle of taking the darn thing apart to change batteries. Used Bondic on the solder joints for insulation, the darn thing works great with the AA powering it.
By the way, there is something I read or saw on a video, you can bondic your fingernail or skin if you want, they recommend pulsing the light so it doesn't heat up all at once.... :)

Thank you! Ordering some, I fabricate tools and customize toys in addition to detectors, this sounds like an amazing product for so many purposes.
