Hey guys and girls,

My buddy and I got permission to hunt this wooded field in an area that had a lot of civil war action in Atlanta. As we were setting up our machines to hunt he said,

Nice 3 ringer! Sometimes you just have to throw it out into the universe. One time I was out detecting near an old portage. I said to my cousin "It would be cool if we found an arrowhead."

A couple of minutes later, he looks down, arrowhead...

Congrats man, I would think you would look happier in your photo. Just messing with you I know my first one lit my face up once I figured out it was the real deal. I have never got to try the Etrac in a CW area. Thanks, for the head's up on readings.

Congrats on your first CW bullet. I like you, am lucky enough to have some nice CW hunting grounds around. You should try to locate some camp areas as these offer you the best of both worlds, relics and coins (if you're lucky). Now that you've got the relic bug, it's going to be hard to put your machine down.

That's awesome!! It's a awesome feeling finding that first Civil War bullet!! I was introduced into metal detecting by my friend who's a relic fanatic and he took me to a spot and the first bullet I dug had me hooked on this hobby and that was quite a few years back!! Congrats and keep that coil a swinging!!
