Blue Night in Galveston, Protective Eye Wear Recommended....

GH and I went for a stroll and hit 3 different spots. First spot was kinda neat, been there many times, but this time was special. Last week on one of our hunts I had a frantic young lady come up to me and said "They said you found my bracelet." I told her no I did not. I was getting offended, but she was upset because her Mom had just bought her the bracelet that morning and she lost it at the beach. I told her it is not safe to wear jewelry to the beach, it can be lost. Anyways, I followed her to where she thought she lost it and searched for quite some time, but nothing. Told her to give me her phone number and if I found it I would return it to her. Well, I do believe that I found her bracelet last night. I put a call in and now waiting for a call back, will post when returned. She described it to me that night, but will get more info when I get a call to make sure that I have the right one. It iw marked 14K.
After that first stop things started looking a bit bleak, so we moved, second spot was not great by any means and we moved on to the third location. I no sooner put my coil in the water when I scooped up this 14K Sapphire beauty. My heart was racing. I got GH's attention and showed him, he said "You are just so lucky". I guess we just have to put our coils over the gold to be able to scoop it up.
Total clad .98 cents, not very good, but that is ok, at least I found some Gold. The water gun was just laying there, so I picked it up.
Found a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses, along with a couple of fishing weights. Also a first for me was I found a shark tooth. HH
