Bling Bling at a Local Fairground :bouncy:

While metal detecting a local fairground this target appeared, but I couldn't find any stamp on it so I assumed it fake. Then I got home and cleaned it off and found a 14K mark on the bottom.

10 ounces? I doubt that haha I got about $320 for it
But man, I thought it was fake since it just looked too good to be true. A giant piece of gold like that less than half an inch in the ground? I'll take it

I'm not sure how much it weighed. And I'm not sure exactly what the VDI number was either, but I remember it rang up just like a pull tab so just keep digging those pull tab signals

Lol thanks. I don't understand either to be honest. It can't come off one, but two fingers which is ridiculous haha but then again it was at a fairground where tons of activity happens.

If you don't need to sell right away, if you search ARA Gold they pay 98% of spot. Ive only used them once and it went perfect and Was only 30 dollars away from where I estimated. Allot of my gold was placer so I was guessing purity. I was pretty happy to be within $30.
And you are absolutely right about the tabs keep digging those and the rings will come sooner or later!

And at one place I actually pulled out an entire area of pull tabs. I didn't find one gold ring, but I kept telling myself that if I keep digging up these tabs it'll pay off one day. Which it did
